Cheddar Crazy Golf
Cheddar Crazy Golf was designed to be fun to play for people of all ages.
Also, essentially, if you apply your skill to the course, you will be rewarded with a better score. That’s probably the main reason why the same people return many times.
Another reason for the popularity of the course is its attractive setting. It was constructed 16 years ago using natural water worn stone from the Gorge on the site of a 19th century hotel garden. A water feature flows from a stone grotto that dates from that time. The course is landscaped with trees and shrubs that have developed over the years to add to the interest of play.

Sheepskin and Leather Shop
We are a small family business run by Ashley, Jan and their daughter Adriana. We pride ourselves on producing high quality sheepskin products.
Our workshop is situated on the Somerset levels with a view towards Glastonbury Tor.
We have been involved in the Sheepskin and Leather industry for over 50 years, and have seen many changes along the way! On leaving school we were locally trained at the Clarks Shoe Factory at Street in Somerset. It was here Jan realised making shoes from leather was a very interesting and rewarding job.
It then progressed to Ashley hand cutting and Jan making Sheepskin garments shortly after.
It is approximately 40 years since we decided to start our own manufacturing business. We now only make for our retail shop in Cheddar Gorge, entering into our 23rd year.
Moorcraft Sheepskin Shop is situated in the heart of Cheddar Gorge behind the Mill Stream. This is a truly beautiful location, making it a special day out for all the family to enjoy.

Tuckers Takeaway is open for contact free collection for Takeaway orders from Wednesday 6th May.
Simply call our friendly staff at Cheddar 01934 741212 to place your order. Orders will be taken from 11.00am for lunchtime collections and 4pm for evening collections. Payment over the phone ensures a contactless transaction. Customers are not permitted to enter the shop, there will be a collection table by the door to collect your order from.

Franks Restaurant
We are a family run Restaurant that has been serving fine dining food in a relaxed atmosphere for just over 17 years. We are situated in The Bays which is just off The Cliffs ( the main Gorge road). We can cater for most things, from intimate tables for 2 , to family gatherings and larger parties up to 28 people. Franks can liaise with you and create a set menu for group bookings and special dietary needs can be catered for with a little notice.
